Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

GrainSense is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our online accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collections from our customers.

Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage online invoicing and billing processes - Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances - Coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies - Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing - Prepare and analyze AR aging reports for management review - Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and implement solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong collaboration and cooperation skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of best practices in accounts receivable management
