Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Basware is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a key member of the finance department, the Online Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing online accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role requires critical thinking skills, excellent planning abilities, and a driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online accounts receivable processes - Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments - Review and reconcile customer accounts - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments - Generate reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with other departments to improve payment processes - Assist with month-end closing activities - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic - Driven and motivated to excel in a high-pressure environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
