• Take ownership of analytics in new projects • Guide projects from beta to soft launch • Identify key business questions • Choose appropriate analysis methods • Build and deploy data models • Ensure good data quality • Produce comprehensive documentation • Communicate findings to stakeholders • Familiarity with analytic toolstack • Experience in data modelling and analysis
Requirements
• Business acumen in F2P context • Track record of driving growth • Data modelling knowhow • Proficient in Python, Julia or R • Experience with SQL at scale • Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) • Clear and effective communication skills • Work experience in analytics engineer or analyst roles • Experience with dbt (nice to have) • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods (nice to have) • Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies (nice to have)
