Category Management Lead, Indirect Sourcing Professional Services

in Finland (Salo, Turku, Uusikaupunki) or in Germany (Bad Friedrichshall, Munich)

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

As a key member of our Purchasing Team you will lead the Category of Professional Services in co-operation with internal stakeholders.

• You will create, implement and develop the sourcing strategy of Professional Services, by leading cross-functional teams across all plants and projects.
• Additionally you’ll ensure we have a competitive supplier portfolio to fulfill business needs in terms of capability, capacity and availability, quality and cost competitiveness as well as fulfilling environmental and ethical requirements. You will have responsibility to manage and develop the supplier base.
• Moreover, you’ll make sure that services are planned and available for key stakeholders in order to fulfill set business targets.
• You will lead and manage the Source-to-Contract process of your area and support Business Line needs of Professional Services

We hope that you would have:

• University degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent experience, in combination with relevant professional experience
• Experience in Category Management role
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategy and action plans to meet the business needs
• Experience in supplier portfolio management as well as supplier management
• Understanding of legal and financial components of sourcing
• Proven experience of successful contract management and negotiations
• Ability to create co-operation in cross-functional networks
• Your English: Off the charts! Your Finnish or German: Not a Must-Have. In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
