(Full-time contract - based in Helsinki)

Access Capital Partners is recruiting a Fund Controller to strengthen our Middle Office team dedicated to Private Equity assets, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of our investment vehicles.

The Middle Office team currently includes 26 persons, located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices and needs to reinforce its presence in our Helsinki office.

The Role:

Reporting to the Middle OfficeDirector, you will actively participate in the daily monitoring of the operations in the Access Capital Partner Funds, specifically in the following fields:

• Control and valuation of investments in the priate debt and buy-out space;

• Coordination with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents and Depositories of Access Funds, in France, Luxembourg and elsewhere in Europe;

• Monitoring of daily cash flows related to investments;

• Production of quarterly investment reports for Investors;

• Participate actively in the yearly audit process of Access Funds;

• Development of performance analysis tools and indicators;

• Improvement of control processes, workflow management and reporting formats;

Skills:

• Very good practical knowledge of IT tools such as MS Excel and MS Word;

• Very good analytical skills;

• Rigorous and well-organized;

• Team player;

• Strong interest in the Private Assets sector;

• Familiar with accounting & legal terms would be an asset.

The Profile:

• Graduate from a leading business school (Master’s degree and/or major in finance);

• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English is absolutely necessary (75% of communication takes place in English);
