We are now seeking a collaborative and efficient HR Specialist to help us further building the future of food. In this temporary role that lasts at least until the end of 2024 , y ou will report to the HR Director, Finland & Baltics and be part of a great HR community of people based in our locations across Europe. In this role you will be located in Vuosaari , Helsinki.

You are a quick learner with proactive problem -solving skills. With a positive can-do attitude , y ou ensure that Pauligians in Finland get the support needed by flexibly co-operating with your HR colleagues .

What you will do

Run versatile administrative tasks such as maintaining HR data , ensuring payroll data accuracy and managing employment benefits

P rovide support to our line managers and employees on our HR policies, procedures, systems and tools

K eep up the continuous development of HR processes and practices in your responsibility area and be involved in country or group level HR projects and processes depending on your previous experience

Support your HR colleagues in Payroll and T&A related project

The final combination of responsibilities will be decided based on your strengths and know-how.

What we expect from you

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this

Minimum 3 years of generalist experience in the HR field or HR administration

Familiarity of working with several personnel groups in an international environment

Understanding collective agreements & employment legislation

Experience of project work, HRIS systems ( preferably Workday) , building reportsand providing guidance on HR topics

D esire to support and guide hiring managers during the recruitment process

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Fluency in Finnish and English on a professional level, both oral and written
