IT Manager

It is crucial that IT operations run smoothly and deliver value to all Siilis who are solving complex customer problems. We are now looking for IT Manager to develop our internal IT capabilities even further and lead our experienced IT support team. We are proud of our internal IT operations consisting of internal team and suppliers. Our IT operations have a high NPS of 90. As IT Manager you will lead and work together with our IT Support team ensuring IT operations run smoothly. You will develop our services and cost efficiency and have a development mindset as we are strong believers in continuous improvement.

You will become part of our internal IT unit and our CIO/CISO will support your professional growth and development.

In a nutshell, as our new IT Manager, you will

  • Be responsible for internal IT services operations (team+suppliers)
  • Work hands-on with the team
  • Streamline operations in terms of costs and services
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
  • Support services for end-users
  • Develop end-user device processes
  • Develop cybersecurity
  • Take care of license management
  • Take responsibility for budget and finance
  • Take responsibility for incident management

A GOOD START TO BEGIN WITH

We feel we can help you build your story the most when you have:

  • Experience working as a supervisor and working in a customer service interface
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in IT support or software development
  • Experience as a supervisor and working in customer interface
  • Experience working in IT support in a process and quality-oriented organization
  • Development mindset: developing processes/services and the ability to put them into practice
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills
