RISK & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

As our new Risk & Compliance Specialist, you will ensure the legal compliance of Lindström Group by efficient risk management processes. You will report to the Director of Quality and Compliance, and you will be working with a team of health and safety, quality, and compliance experts. The position is fixed term until the end of January 2025. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Ensuring Lindström Group's risk management and legal compliance processes' continuity, and assisting in and facilitating risk management workshops with internal stakeholders
• Coordinating Privacy governance model related activities for ensuring global privacy compliance
• Making sure Group insurance values are up-to-date and insurance renewals for the fiscal year 2025 are made in time
• Maintaining regulatory knowledge and ensuring compliance process functionality with internal stakeholders
• Informing and reporting the stakeholders on risks and compliance status

Our ideal candidate has:

• University studies in the final stage (e.g. Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance)
• Studies or previous work experience in compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent co-operation and teamwork skills
• Good facilitation and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm with service-driven mindset
• Ability to understand the market drivers in fast changing business environment – especially from compliance point of view
