Marketing Manager - Focus on performance marketing

As a fast growing online company, we rely on the (performance) control of our marketing channels such as Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Banner Advertising, etc.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the performance marketing strategy of the entire Finnish business and its development, in close cooperation with our German central marketing team.
• You work KPI-oriented and guide and challenge our digital marketinng agencies.
• You work with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and you optimize the website's behavior and thus the website's conversion rate based on KPI metrics.
• You test new marketing measures and evaluate them using relevant business KPIs.
• You are involved in planning and create targeted analyzes and forecasts.

We require you

• Very good Finnish language skills, as well as English language skills. German language skills are an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of Goggle Ads, Goggle Analtytics, Meta ads and other tools related to efficiency marketing.
• Team worker with a hands-on menatlity combined with strong confidence and interest in digitalization.
• As a rule, you work at the Vantaa office, but about 20% of the work can be done remotely.
