Operations Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team at Swappie, a leading technology company based in Helsinki, Finland. This is a remote work position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and procedures - Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures to ensure financial stability - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve company goals - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Strong teamwork and research skills - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
