Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Personal Assistant at Cargotec, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and ensuring their schedules and daily activities run smoothly. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still contributing to the success of our global company based in Vantaa, Finland.


Responsibilities: - Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure proper communication and collaboration - Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - High level of proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and adaptability soft skills - Associate level of seniority
