Job Description:
Outokumpu is currently seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in our Helsinki office. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry - Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
