Finance and Administration Specialist  

to our team in Helsinki. In this role, you'll work with various administration expert tasks. You'll participate in managing the company's finances and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. You'll also handle sales and administrative support tasks and contribute to various development projects. 

  • Managing invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and supporting payroll administration in collaboration with the accounting firm 
  • Financial reporting and assisting in financial statements
  • Sales support, such as customer contract support 
  • Collaborating with the team in developing support processes and tools 
  • Supporting and training staff on processes and systems 
  • Collaborating with the Head of Administration in the data security and data protection matters

To succeed in this role, you:  

  • Are customer-oriented, practical, positive, and solution-focused team player 
  • Handle tasks with precision while grasping the bigger picture 
  • Possess good system and IT skills 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Have strong self-management skills and adaptability

We expect from you:  

  • Relevant education, at minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in diverse financial and administrative tasks, preferably in a SME
  • Familiarity with project-based business is an asset 
  • Experience of Finnish SME operating environment, such as accounting and taxation 
  • Good IT skills, especially proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP and accounting systems 
  • Professional proficiency in Finnish or Swedish and English. Proficiency in all three languages is an asset 
  • Experience in implementing new administrative systems or acting as a key user is an asset
