Frends is a dynamic, rapidly growing IT business on a mission tobecome a global leader in iPaaS (integration Platform as a Service). We are now seeking a Finance Manager to join our financeteam in Finland to manage our finance operations and supportour global growth.

As Finance Manager, you will play a central role in managing our finance operations as well asdeveloping efficientand scalable processes supportingour international growth. You will lead Frends Technology Oy´s finance team comprising Controller, Accountant, and Payroll Specialist, and you report to Frends' CFO.As our team is compact, this is a broad role with amix of hands-on financial administration and developmentwork, and you will also be collaborating closely with the management team, sales,regional directors as well as external partners.

• Management and practical execution of our finance-related operational processes(e.g., you will play a central role in signing on and setting up invoicing for new SaaS customers).
  
• Providing practical hands-on support to the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Act as a key user of ourfinancial system and relatedERP-modules.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to develop efficientfinancial processes as we continue to grow internationally.
• Develop reporting and analytical capabilities in cooperation with the CFO,finance team, and other key internal stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and tasksand act as a trusted partner tothe CFO.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a new colleague who ishands-on,proactive, flexible, as well as committed in theirapproach. You should be comfortable with a flat organizational structure and thrive in a dynamic, globally focused IT environment.We are looking for someone with a passion for financial management who is eager to collaborate with our team to achieve shared success.

• Asolid understanding of financial management and its best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experiencein financial management or a similar role.
• A relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field).
• Ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cooperative skills.
• Fluency inEnglish and Finnish. Although remote work is commonplace in our company, you should be based in Finland and be able to work at our Espoo office on a weekly basis.
