Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Omocom is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online operations to ensure smooth functionality and efficiency - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and initiatives - Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures for online operations - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed - Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to support the growth of the online platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online platforms - Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
