Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Next Games is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, FI. As an Associate Level Online Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our online operations team through various administrative tasks. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online platforms and tools used by the operations team. 2. Assist in creating and managing online content, including social media posts and email campaigns. 3. Coordinate online events and meetings, including scheduling and sending out invitations. 4. Monitor online metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Conduct online research on industry trends and best practices. 6. Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail. 4. Proficient in using online tools and platforms. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
