Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Supercell is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level role, you will have at least 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving operational efficiency and resourceful in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the day-to-day operations of remote teams across different time zones. 2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 3. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Develop and maintain processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency. 5. Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting. 6. Provide operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Cooperation and planning skills.
