Job Description:
Nightingale Health is seeking a dedicated and independent Personal Assistant to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our executives and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for all communication directed to the executives - Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports - Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and shopping - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed - Assist with special projects and events - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements: - 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - High level of adaptability and innovation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
