Job Description:
Altia is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Virtual Assistant at Altia, you will provide administrative support to various team members and departments by handling tasks remotely. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing the calendar of team members, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings. 2. Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner. 3. Conducting research on various topics as needed. 4. Assisting with virtual event planning and coordination. 5. Creating and maintaining organized files and databases. 6. Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting. 7. Providing general administrative support to team members.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
