Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with exceptional sales and leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to the market-leading surface treatment company Oerlikon Balzers Coating Finland Oy.

As the Sales Manager for Finland, your role is multifaceted. You'll spearhead sales efforts in Oerlikon's service components division, with a focus on promoting Milubia coatings. Additionally, you'll lead a team of six sales representatives covering Finnish and Swedish territories.
Your responsibilities include devising strategic sales plans, nurturing your team's performance, and fostering collaboration with the engineering department to tailor solutions to customer needs. You'll also represent Oerlikon at industry events and trade fairs, driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Example of responsibilities
The position is based at Oerlikon's service center in Espoo, Finland. However, occasional travel to customers, trade fairs, and Oerlikon offices throughout northern Europe is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
In this role you should showcase strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. We expect that you are result-driven, adaptable, and possess a commercial and customer-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential traits for success.
