SAP & Tax Technology Senior Manager

We are now looking for experienced, development-oriented SAP & Tax Technology Senior Manager to further strengthen our Tax Technology Consulting team in Finland.

Ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who understands tax requirements, tax processes and the increasing needs of multinational corporations to comply with digitalized tax environment.

SAP & Tax Technology Senior Manager will be a part of our multidisciplinary, international and fast-growing team working in the area of tax tools and technologies within and outside of SAP.

You will play a key role in designing, building and implementing fit-for-purpose tax technology solutions for our clients. You will work in close cooperation with our clients’ business and support them with their digital transformation enabled by SAP to deliver business value and support future compliance needs.

Why You

As mentioned, we are seeking an experienced professional to further strengthen our local team of tax focused SAP professionals. We expect You to have solid experience in leading and working as part of finance and/or tax SAP implementation or other tax technology implementation projects as well as genuine interest in learning more in this fast-growing area of digitalization. Please note that we do not expect you to be a tax lawyer, but a person who is capable of translating the given tax requirements into processes and solutions.

As you’ve been in the respective field for some time already, we trust you have experience in various implementation methodologies and strong project management skills.

Additionally, to succeed in this role you need to have:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a senior role in various SAP implementation projects
• Experience especially in SD, MM and/or FICO modules of SAP
• Solid understanding on tax and business processes
• Ability to lead projects and teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant field
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

• Innovative approach and a desire to solve problems
• Team player mindset with ability to work under pressure in fast changing environment
• Previous hands-on experience especially in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Experience with other ERPs or tax tools/technologies
