As a Solution Analyst, you will analyze and create specifications to the ongoing development. You will also support of the ODS and EDW work, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues. You will work closely with the business users and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for data integration and reporting and provide technical expertise and support to end-users for reporting and data analysis.

Tasks

We are seeking a person that already has experience from functional and technical specifications and an understanding of common software requirements. The ideal candidate will have a process-oriented approach and established best practices. Also having existing understanding from software production processes and agile methodologies, will help you to excel in this role.We work with the following areas and hope you are familiar with them

• Data models for the ODS and EDW that meet business requirements and align with the overall data architecture
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to populate and maintain the ODS and EDW

Requirements

Also having knowledge of the following will be seen as a plus

• Continuous reviewal and improvement of ODS and EDW to ensure it meets evolving business needs and industry trends
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy by designing and implementing appropriate data validation checks
• Close teamwork with the rest of the team to ensure compliance with data policies and standards

In this role you will actively co-operate with many different stakeholders and teams. For this reason, we hope you are a person who enjoys teamwork and are always excited when meeting new people.

Experience in the insurance industry, and understanding of the insurance business processes. Former experience working with agile development teams, and knowledge of the common tools (such as JIRA, and Confluence).
