System Specialist

What you would do as our System Specialist:
You would be an integral part of our Service Operations function, responsible for solution implementation, maintenance projects, and consultation services. Additionally, you would play a key role in developing service operations processes and practices with team members and stakeholders.

You would also:

• Provide technical expertise in various customer projects (e.g., implementations, upgrades, integrations).
• Serve as a technical specialist for both end customers and internal stakeholders, helping them achieve business and project goals.
• Maintain and develop our IT infrastructure in collaboration with our vendors.
• Provide a first-class customer experience as part of our Services organization.
• You work in a key role in ensuring information security in the security industry.

The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong 'can-do' attitude, willingness to dive into technical details and is systematic and solution-oriented.
• Has knowledge of Linux, databases, integration technologies and also with scripting.
• Understands virtual environments and IT infrastructure.
• Is customer-centric with good interpersonal skills and an ability to understand business principles.
• Has built-in commitment to high standards of information security.
• Has fluency in Finnish and preferably English (written and verbal).

Ideally you would also have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
