About the role
We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking a great team player with good energy and passion for recruitment. In this role you actively engage in a range of talent acquisition activities. You will procure talent and establish business-critical talent pipelines in Finland by actively headhunting talents and taking part in interviewing and other full-cycle recruitment process activities such as job ad editing and distribution, prescreening applications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be a trusted colleague who consults and supports our business lines in all matters of Talent Acquisition e.g. job offers or Career path model related questions.
We are interested in a talent who is eager to learn, both together and individually. As a team, we learn by doing and sharing best practices internally as we progress.
We are on the lookout for an energized individual to join our team for a fixed-term position, covering a 12 months parental leave period. The ideal start date for this exciting opportunity would preferably be Monday . Your location can be Tampere or Helsinki. As we are advocates of a flexible work environment, you can expect a blend of remote and office work. In order to achieve great candidate experience and optimal teamwork, occasional face-to-face collaboration is needed in this role. For those located in Tampere, exciting opportunities await as you will have the chance to travel to our Helsinki office on a need basis (minimum monthly - max weekly basis), ensuring seamless collaboration and fostering a truly remarkable work environment. Please kindly note that, at this time, we are unable to offer relocation opportunities.

Meet your team
Futurice has two offices in Finland: one in Helsinki and another in Tampere. We work hard to make sure that candidates have a great experience and that our two locations are well supported. To make this happen, our team works from both offices.
In Helsinki, you will have the pleasure of working closely with Talent Partner, Anu. She will be your co-pilot and there to guide and support you throughout your journey with us.
Your supervisor Director of Culture, Tuomo, is based in Tampere and will travel to Helsinki occasionally to meet the team. Tuomo brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow under his guidance.
We believe that having two sites allows us to tap into diverse perspectives and resources, ensuring that we deliver the best results as a team. You will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from both locations, fostering a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

Compensation
Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.
In this role the salary range is 3300 -3900 €/month, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
