Job Description - Team Coordinator

Team Coordinator to CapMan Procurement Services (CaPS)

C aPS (CapMan Procurement Services) is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for its member companies. The concept is unique among private equity investment managers in the Nordic countries. For more almost 15 years CaPS has supported its member companies to review and address their spend. Each year more than 300 member companies use CaPS procurement services in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics and approximately 290M € is the total volume through our contracts. During 2022 CaPS delivered savings of €40 million in tota l for its member companies . CaPS is a powerful network for sharing best practices and has been voted as the best procurement service by its clients 8 years in a row. During its history , CaPS has delivered double-digit growth. We are looking for a Team Coordinator to be a part of our continuing growth in CaPS.

The Role

In your role you would support CaPS team in various running tasks, organize events to CaPS network and support our Employee Benefit Program business. Your responsibilities would include the following tasks.

Team Assistant

  • Assisting in internal and external communications
  • Assisting in planning and organizing team events and activities
  • Supporting CaPS team with various admin tasks

Events

  • Organizing events to CaPS network independently
  • Incl. creating event invitations, coordinating with speakers, managing the schedule and other arrangements to ensure a successful event

Employee benefit program

  • Communication with external stakeholders and customers
  • Managing monthly campaign letter that is sent to customers
  • Tasks related to site maintenance and visuals

Ideally, we hope you have:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage many tasks at the same time and work in fast-paced environment
  • Attitude over experience! By attitude we mean learning-orientation and self-leadership
  • A hard-working, energetic team player approach with a courageous attitude: you thrive under pressure!
  • A precise way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish (required), English (required) and preferably Swedish
  • Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Educational background in e.g. business administration and strong track record of successful studies
  • Minimum two years of working experience
  • Evidence to show your ambitious attitude for example with a background in competitive sport or excellence in another area of interest
