ABOUT COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT TAMPERE CITY
Courtyard Tampere City hotel opened in January 2020 and is one of the first Marriott hotels in Finland and the only Courtyard - brand hotel. This hotel, favoured by international as well as local guests, has 227 rooms, a Kitchen & Bar, restaurant, a gym, and a connection to Tampere Hall via an indoor route.

THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Associate at the Courtyard Tampere department of Odyssey Hotel Group. As an F&B Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in the F&B department.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the F&B area.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
