Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Associate to join our team at Nokia, working remotely from Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and achieve sales targets - Use persuasion and emotional intelligence skills to build strong relationships with clients - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve account performance - Contribute to the development of account plans and assist in the implementation of sales campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement - Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and independent work ethic - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - 3 years of experience in a similar role
