Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to ensure they fully understand how to use our technology - Assist in the development of account plans and strategies to help clients achieve their business goals - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Prepare reports on account performance and present findings to management - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent negotiation abilities - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Motivated and goal-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
