In our Partner Alliances function, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving and retaining revenue by evolving existing partnerships into innovative product offerings and discovering new, high-growth collaborations. You will manage, nurture, and expand third-party relationships, develop strategic alliances that foster mutual growth, and secure new partnerships with significant potential. Key Responsibilities
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to offer Dun & Bradstreet solutions, positioning yourself as their go-to expert.
  • Drive Growth with Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to achieve revenue growth and partner satisfaction, targeting both existing portfolios and new prospects.
  • Maximize Revenue Opportunities: Grow revenue through partner retention, upselling, and cross-selling, ensuring continuous value delivery.
  • Create Compelling Use Cases: Develop and present compelling use cases for potential partners, engaging in extensive pre-sales efforts to establish credibility, design solution architecture, validate value propositions, and test solutions.
  • Lead Partnership Development: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and kickstart new partnerships, ensuring they are profitable and successfully implemented.
  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Oversee a portfolio of existing partners, working to expand and deepen these relationships.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet annual sales goals by acquiring new partners and growing existing ones, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain CRM Excellence: Keep accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and other sales tools to support territory management, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Establish expertise in prospective partner use cases by participating in industry focus groups, conferences, and other relevant meetings.
  • Influence and Collaborate: Manage internal stakeholders and influence the broader sales team to champion partner offerings effectively.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
  • Field Sales Expertise: 2-5 years of experience in direct business-to-business field sales, specializing in consultative and solution-oriented selling.
  • Reseller & Business Development Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing reseller engagements or in business development roles is preferred.
  • Enterprise Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise-wide business information solutions.
  • Influencing & Communication: Exceptional skills in influencing and communicating effectively with clients and partners.
  • Customer Insight: Ability to grasp customer business models, industry dynamics, competitors, and end-customer challenges.
  • Technology Savvy: Strong knowledge of technology and its application to solve business needs.
  • Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to set priorities and meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, especially those with complex solution requirements.
  • Sales Achievements: Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets over extended periods.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ownership Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving approach. Be curious, inspired to take action, and eager to collaborate and connect with teams to drive success.
  • Continuous Learner: A commitment to continuous growth, learning through social interactions, stakeholder relationships, and structured courses or programs.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and, where applicable, additional languages relevant to the market.
