Do you want to do meaningful work in an international team where we help each other to succeed? The product our team works with is called Kampus and it’s a cloud-native virtual learning platform for secondary education. The platform is used daily by tens of thousands of teachers and students in Finland and Sweden and soon we’ll onboard to a new European country.

As a Business Analyst you play an important role in turning the business requirements into clear specifications for the team. You work in close contact with Product Managers, Product Owner, Developers, QA team and UX designers.

Your key responsibilities

· Understand the business requirements and turn them into story level specifications for the Kampus product development team

· Document and communicate the specifications for the development team and stakeholders

· Work together with the UX Designers and Developers to get to a solution which fills the user needs, but also takes the technical limitations and possibilities into account

· Help the Product Owner to review and prioritize the story backlog

· Investigate internal and external feature dependencies with stakeholders

· Support other team members by participating and contributing to the team's Scrum meetings (reviews, retros, planning)

· Write fluent documentation in English

· Experience in working in IT projects
