We are hiring a Career Growth Specialist! Integrify is a fast-growing EdTech company and modern coding school on a mission to kickstart our community members’ dream careers in technology. We are currently operating in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands, and are on track to become the #1 coding academy in Europe. To support our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Career Growth Specialist to empower and support a growing number of students across Europe. The role is about accelerating the professional development of our students by supporting and coaching them in their job-seeking efforts and ensuring they land tech jobs fast once graduated. In this role, you get to apply your analytical, professional, creative, and social skills to improve the lives of hundreds of people and see the immediate and fulfilling impact of your hard work. Are you up for the challenge? Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting & coaching 200+ students yearly in their job-seeking efforts
• Applying your critical thinking to refine the career paths for our students and manage their execution
• Applying your copywriting skills to help the students make stellar resumes, cover letters, and professional brands across their online presence
• Developing Integrify’s Career Materials and hosting job search-related workshops
• Conducting practice interviews for our students based on the requirements for positions in Software Development and Data Science
• Organizing and hosting community events to better connect with the students and ensure their retention and engagement
• Proactively outreaching to the students to ensure they are actively engaging with their future employers

Once you get up to speed (3-9 months), your responsibilities will expand to:

1. Collaborating with our Tech and Operations teams to improve the training programs based on your valuable insights obtained directly from the customers
2. Networking with the hiring managers and recruiters from the world’s top tech companies to obtain best practices for succeeding in recruitment processes and bring this knowledge back to your customers
3. Building the portfolio of tech companies across Europe to directly connect your customers to work with them

What makes you a great fit for this role?

• You have a background or strong interest in career coaching, HR, event management, customer service, or community management
• You are eager to learn about recruitment processes in tech and apply this knowledge to help others kick-start their dream careers
• You find great fulfillment in helping others and you are not afraid to fulfill numerous requests
• You are highly organized and can manage many diverse tasks at the same time
• You are an excellent communicator in English with good copywriting skills
• You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a university/BBA degree or similar and preferably up to 1-3 years of relevant work experience
