Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: F-Secure is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures - Provide product recommendations and educate customers on F-Secure products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities - Proficiency in using chat support software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
