Job Description:
Supercell is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to drive client success - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our services - Develop and execute client account plans to drive revenue growth - Monitor and report on client satisfaction and key performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in client services or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion skills to influence client decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

Soft Skills: - Critical thinking to analyze client data and make informed decisions - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence client decisions
