Job Description:
Measur is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide training and support to clients on Measur products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, promoting loyalty and retention - Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client support or account management - Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
