Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Support Manager to join our team at Bittium. This is a remote work position, based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide effective support and guidance to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Lead client meetings and presentations to update on project progress and discuss future opportunities - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 7+ years of experience in client support or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Independent and energetic personality traits - Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
