Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Measur is seeking a confident and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients via various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in our support processes and procedures - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs - Excellent presentation skills to provide clear and concise information to clients - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
