Job Description - Client Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Client Support Representative at Inscripta, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. You will be the first point of contact for clients who have inquiries or require assistance with our products and services. Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and emails, troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members if necessary - Provide product information and guidance to clients - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3 years of experience in a customer support or client services role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Independent and driven personality traits - Attention to detail and strong strategic planning skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
