Allocated to our Paper, Packaging & Coatings-organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the function of
Customer Service Desk Manager and Inside Sales Manager – UK & Nordics
As a part of the Business Management Europe the CSD acts as contact person to customers and provide them with efficient and consistent customer service. Key focus is the order management. The CSD provides information on all customer inquiries along with the order management process.
In the role as Inside Sales Manager you care of existing business to small and medium sized customers and searches new leads for business growth with SME's.
Further key responsibilities:
Order Management / Customer Service
Responsible for order processing and communication from order entry to customer invoicing
Supporting audit requirements and activities
Communication / Data Quality
Proactive communication with all order related parties.
Close interaction with account & sales management.
Ensuring master data accuracy in SAP system.
Complaint Management
Responsibility to execute complaint management internally and externally according to process rules.
Promotional Activities
Follow-up of material balance in supply chain.
Support and execute campaigns to reduce slow moving inventories.
Inside Sales Manager
Managing business relationship with selected SME's
Developing new opportunities and business leads together with account manager(s) and product management
Taking ownership of customer demand / forecast accuracy on responsible accounts.
This position will be placed in Finland, Helsinki, and will report directly into Business Director (UK&Nordics) and indirectly to EMEA CSD Manager.
Your profile:
For this role we are looking for you who is/has:
Over 3 years of experience in the customer service
Knowledge of SAP SD processing and SAP related tools
Excellent communication skills, in English (working language) and in Finnish and Swedish.
Strong in connecting to both internal and external parties.
Flexible, collaboratively, and constantly finding new more efficient way of working.
Experience of working under pressure and towards deadlines.
Experience in industrial logistic / customer service is strong asset.
