Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Officer at 10Monkeys, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients from around the world. This is a remote work position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Using CRM software to maintain accurate customer records - Identifying customer trends and providing feedback to the product development team - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Associate level seniority - Adaptability to work in a remote setting - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Fluency in English and one other language is a plus
