Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Canatu is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity, so the successful candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently from their home office.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
