Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Uponor is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role will require effective communication skills, excellent time management, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business - Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience - Provide product information and guidance to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Act as a brand ambassador for Uponor, representing our company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
