Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team at Seriously Digital Entertainment. This is a remote work position based in Helsinki, Finland. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and live chat, to provide support and guidance - Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and address any issues they may have - Monitor customer accounts and track their usage and satisfaction levels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services - Manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Driven and motivated to achieve customer success - Experience in people management and negotiation is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - No prior experience required, entry-level position
