Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Manager at Infinited Fiber Company, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of remote customer support representatives - Set and monitor KPIs for the customer support team to ensure high performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in managing a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem solver with strong critical thinking skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
