Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Supercell is looking for a confident and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize support processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management to enhance product offerings


Requirements: - Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Excellent negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address potential customer concerns proactively - Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools - Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
