THE ROLE

 

Join our Technical Services team as a Customer Technical Sales Liquid Inks at our site in Espoo. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our liquid ink customers in the Nordic/Baltic region, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Collaborating closely with the sales force and commercial teams to support customer product performance requirements
  • Supporting the Sales, Laboratory, and Operations organizations in executing necessary projects at customer sites
  • Carrying out or assisting in technical work related to customer inquiries
  • Solving technical problems to an agreed standard
  • Maintaining precise customer technical records and communicating results in a clear and concise manner
  • Driving joint projects with customers to achieve common goals
  • Ensuring the safety of self and others by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Previous experience as an in-plant, skilled printer or within the technical department of an ink/coatings company
  • Technical skills and ability to resolve problems across the specific product or application area
  • Knowledge of relevant ink technologies and inplant operations 
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, C4C, EtQ and in the use of ordering systems / product databases
  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills
  • Strong customer focus and teamwork skills
