Development Manager, Growth & Sales

We are now looking for an energetic and experienced Development Manager, Growth & Sales to bring their personality and expertise to our Sales & Marketing team. Our Sales & Marketing team is full of ambitious professionals who also know how to have a good laugh while building the future of gaming.

As a Development Manager, Growth & Sales you will manage our business development projects related to growth and sales. You will be responsible for supporting business growth by developing digital sales capabilities, our marketing and sales optimization, actions and measurement.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Development of digital sales capabilities and operating model
  • Development of digital customer acquisition and retention costs and capabilities
  • Developing marketing budget optimization
  • Developing cross-channel sales and marketing concepts
  • Development of digital measurement and conversion capability
  • Development & optimizing key marketing KPI’s to increase ROI

Expectations for you:

  • Experience in similar roles in a marketing or media agency.
  • At least eight years of experience in building and managing digital customer acquisition and sales.
  • At least six years of experience in building and managing data-driven marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Experience with tools such as analytics systems (PowerBI, Adobe, Google Analytics) and digital sales (Adform)
  • Full working proficiency in English.
