Enterprise Architect

As a Enterprise architect you will be:

A key player in Epassi ́s global R&D operations designing and driving global multi layer architectures that will enable our growth and strategic expansions. Your work will include:

• Working with all architecture levels to ensure that IT architectures align with business goals from the present to the future. You understand the overall impact of various decisions on the architecture.
• Developing and maintaining a global ‘big picture’ that unifies different country specific platforms and technologies to one seamless architecture
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of current and future architectures, integrations and data flows
• Leading the development of architecture strategies that the organization uses in decision-making
• Evaluating business-level drivers to determine the corresponding IT change requirements and hold discussions with various stakeholders about the possibilities of new technologies
• Analyzing industry technology and market trends to determine their potential impact on enterprise architecture
• Collaborating in the evaluation and analysis of suppliers, services and software solutions and work with engineering teams to identify when it is necessary to change the architecture according to the needs of the projects

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
• Experience in designing modern software architectures
• Excellent technical, motivational, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Strong skills in visualizing architecture designs
• Proven track record in planning and executing architecture strategies that drive business outcomes
• Experience in integrating architecture across global locations and diverse systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture or software development are a plus
