Firmware Developer

Job Title: Firmware Developer (C) Location: Helsinki Salary: 6000 EUR/month Are you an experienced Firmware Developer with a passion for embedded software? Do you thrive in an agile environment and enjoy innovating and improving systems? If so, we want you on our team! Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems for our products, production tools, and testing
• Design and implement new features across various platforms, including mobile apps, gateways, back-end systems, and Web APIs
• Solve complex problems to provide optimized solutions for customers and stakeholders
• Support internal product support teams and customer developers
• Uphold best practices and testing to enhance our technology platform
• Collaborate with developers, support teams, and business units to drive technological growth
• Work closely with customers to analyze and resolve integration issues and field problems

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development and algorithms for embedded systems
• Proficient in HW interfaces, ARM architecture (especially Cortex-M), testing environments, and optimization and testing methods
• Strong programming skills in C, with mastery of Git and consistent software development processes
• Experience with BLE technology and Bluetooth application operating systems
• Additional experience in Obj-C / Java / C# development is a plus
• Ability to produce high-quality specifications and implementations with excellent documentation skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers
• High standards, systematic approach to development, and the ability to work independently in a diverse environment
• Fluent English language skills
