SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with full-stack frameworks such as NextJs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience working within financial services, accounting, or reconciliation is preferred.
• Experience with Tailwind is beneficial.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Engineering at Riddle is about making financial operations for our customers frictionless. You’ll be first in line to solve customer needs from idea to final implementation. You’ll do that by integrating with the many financial APIs that our customers use in the backend and making a magically smooth user experience for them in the front end. Having a feel for fantastic UX while also thinking about how to scale our backend will be something you will think about daily. Take the lead and be our champion of software engineering best practices and a spreader of knowledge. Since we are dealing with accountants, being accurate and precise is of utmost importance, we are selling trust after all. You’ll be a strong voice in our leadership group, working closely with our CEO to drive Riddle’s technical vision and strategy, and address complex architectural problems with simple, intuitive design.
