We build world-leading quantum computers for the well-being of humankind now and for the future. ( [ As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a General Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in supporting IQM's growth and global expansion. A successful General Counsel plays a multifaceted role, combining legal expertise with strategic vision and business acumen. What will I be doing?

• Supporting the company's Business, Sales, and Global Expansion efforts.
• Overseeing Investor Matters and Fundraising activities.
• Managing Regulatory Compliance and Dispute Processes.
• Leading and developing a team of Legal Counsels, IP Managers, and Outside IP and Legal Counsels.
• Serving as Board Secretary and providing strategic advice to the Board.
• Advising and supporting the CEO, Management Team, and Department Heads as needed.

What skills do I need?

• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate law, capital markets, IP law, and relevant technology and compliance regulation, both domestically and internationally.
• Understanding of business fundamentals to effectively analyze financials, growth trajectory, and key risk areas.
• Experience in both recognized law firms and as an in-house counsel in global companies, with venture-funded technology startup experience being advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading and developing legal and IP manager teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
• Availability to handle serious matters as they arise, with good judgment and a calm disposition.
• Ideally located in Espoo or Munich, with experience supporting business across Europe, Asia, and North America.
